Tips for Practice - Cycle B

When should I practice?

From Monday through Thursday you do a different exercise each day and on Friday you choose one of the four exercises you have done this week. Which one had a special impact on you, which one do you want to deepen, which one do you enjoy? You repeat this from week to week with new videos each time. If you want, you can do the whole run-through at the weekend. You will find it in Cycle C.

Do the exercises at a time that suits you best and also take into account whether you are a morning or evening person. It is best to do it at about the same time every day.

What do I do if I miss an exercise?

If you haven't practised on one day, on the next day you continue with the exercise that you haven't done yet. You stay in the order in which the exercises are set up and then leave out the last video.

What does this structure of the exercises bring me?

You feel enlivened and you soon have the feeling of moving freely and self-determinedly through the basically infinite cosmos of these exercises. Your breathing and circulation become stronger. Because this is an expression of your overall constitution, you feel more and more at home in yourself. You will feel that whatever comes your way, there is a purpose to it and you will be able to find it and live it.

Variation and Change

In this course you get to know a fund of movement exercises that help you to support your inner and outer balance and to create a good foundation for your health.
